This one is for those of you who have very young athletes at home (8-12 years old). Often these kids want to be more involved in their sport and I often get asked if they can come train at my facility. Personally, I do not work with athletes under the age of 12 because I want to keep it fun. I want them to develop a love of sport and activity. Developing this love and passion for sport is what will fuel the years of hard training that will be required if they chose to continue to the elite level.
