Push Ups getting too easy for you?

I posted the video of this next workout on my hockey training website because it is a great way to strengthen the shoulders, triceps and core which are all good things for hockey players.  As I was trying to think of what to post on this Urban Fitness website, I thought to myself – hmmmm – strong shoulders, strong triceps, strong core…who else could benefit from that?  You are right…YOU GUYS!!  Check it out here:
