With the beginning of September comes the beginning of a new training cycle at the Revolution Gym. We are focussing on:
- mobility
- stability
- balance
Ever wonder how it is that we had a perfect squat pattern when we were three years old – remember this is how we would sit when we were eating mud out of puddles? Then as we age and discover things like chairs and sofas we lose that pattern. Some will say “my body does not move that way”. Rubbish – it did move that way; there are 80 year old Granny’s in South America who still sit like that. The truth is that most of us trained your body not to move like that and it will take time for us to re-train it. Here is how you can get started:
