Hope your fall is going well so far (actually I think today is the first day of fall). Mine has been going well – getting back into a regular rhythm which is nice. Paul and I were in Toronto last week to see U2. We saw the second show which was on Thursday night and it was a beauty!! The band sounded great, we had nice seats, the roof was open on the SkyDome – just awesome.
Things at the gym have been busy with my high school groups ramping up and the early morning adult groups cranking along as we are in the final week of our new training cycle. As far as the online business, I have about 2-3 weeks to go before I release my next product, Ultimate Goalie Training (see a sneak peek at www.hockeytrainingpro.com). As you may have guessed it is a 12-week training program created to specifically for hockey goaltenders. I will tell you more about it as the release date approaches.
Here is a new exercise I would like you to try if you can already do 10 perfect push ups. If you cannot do 10 perfect push ups, then stick with that for now. For the rest of you – I hope you enjoy this one.
