New Varsity Gym Workout for Busy Athletes

Sorry if you have been feeling a little neglected lately – I have been dedicating so much time to getting the Ultimate Goalie Training system online that I fell behind on this blog.  I hope to make it up to you by bringing another Varsity Gym workout.  These workouts are ideal for busy athletes – maybe you are busy with high school, university or work, you will find this workout is fairly quick (40-minutes), intense and effective at building strength, stability and stamina.  

The other urban athletes that I get great feedback from are parents of busy athletes.  It makes sense because many high school and university athletes got their athleticism from parents who are former varsity athletes.   Once kids come on the scene the parent’s time to dedicate toward being an athlete is dramatically limited.  If you are still serious about your fitness and want to train like an athlete – give this a try!

If you are really pressed for time, you can easily convert this to a 20-minute workout by only doing two sets of each exercise – you will still get a great benefit!
