You won’t believe this! The other day I met someone who did not know what I did for my profession (here comes the unbelieveable part), our conversation turned to working out in the gym. Okay, be warned this is shocking….she said, “yeah, I just find it so boring when I work out in the gym, because let’s face it, there are only so many exercises you can do!” Once I got up off the floor and removed the food I was choking on from my trachea I sputtered, yeah like about 654,877 exercises you can do.
