I am assuming most of you said “Yes”, so here is an awesome, yet advanced exercise that will help you build great glutes and a strong core. It is not a beginner exercise, so go easy. You may need to put your hands on the floor or the ball the first few workouts. Make sure you brace with your abdominals before lifting the leg and you must use a burst resistant stability ball for this core exercise.
Start with five reps on each side, holding the single leg position for 5 seconds.
