Here is a new workout I put together for one of my Team Revolution members. He needs to get in a few extra workouts, especially with the holidays fast approaching! Like many of you, he was a varsity athlete in university during which time his body took a beating. He is getting back into shape, but we still need to be careful of some shoulder and knee issues that accompanied him after his varsity football days. He has a busy schedule, but there is a small gym in his apartment building, so here is the supplemental workout I am giving him – thought you might like to check it out too.
