2010: Goal #3

Mountain RunningGoal #3 is a fitness goal.  As you know, Paul & I ran our third marathon this fall.  I enjoy it, but I also want to spare my joints a little bit.  I think I will only run ‘classic’ marathons from now on – races in Europe, NYC – those ones that are not so much about the race, but the journey.  For true racing I think I would like to focus more on the half-marathon.  So my #3 goal for 2010 is to run a 1:50 half marathon
