This is another fitness goal – really it is two goals, but here they are … Goal #8 is to Front Squat 135lbs (yes, front squat are tougher than back squats, but also more productive) for 4 reps and to perform more than 8 chin ups. The chin up one got the best of me last year. I did not work on it enough – my own fault. To achieve this goal, here are my action steps. Squat twice per week and chin up three times per week. We have a chin up bar in the kitchen at home, so this makes it easy.
To start I am doing front squats for 3 sets of 8 reps.
