Simply Shredded 2010: 28 Day Fitness Challenge Starts in 7 Days!!

Get ready gang!!  Here we go – Simply Shredded 2010!  You will need a stability ball, resistance band or dumbbells and a jump rope would be great too unless of course you want to run on the spot with high knees for your cardio kick!  I am happy to create this program for you guys at no charge again this year, but if you think there is some value there and if you have the means, I have a way that you can help me by donating to a great charity.  I will tell you more about it in the days to come, but for now if you do not know what Simply Shredded is all about – check this out:

 

We start on February 1st and we will crank right through the Olympic Games and on to the end of February.  Got 20 minutes?
