I am very excited to get started on this program. I am on the Rowbust Dragon Boat team and want to really get fit for the paddling season this year. I tried to download the PDF file of the workout but I can’t print it. Is there any other way I can get it.

I tried to download the PDF version but it came up with an error and no download…is there another way to get it so I can check off the list?
Hi Dianne – a little bird told me that you figured it out, so you are good to go – no worries.
Gin – I am not sure why you are not getting through to the PDF. I am assuming that you registerd without trouble and can view the videos – could it be security settings on your computer? Send me your email address at maria@revolutionconditioning.com and I will send the pdf directly to you.

I am not sure Tom – did you register for the program by clicking on the link in the post where it says “sign up here”? Once you register you will be taken to the download page where you can view the videos for workout 1&2.
If you did register, but still cannot view the videos, then I am not sure what the issue is – let me know what you see – i.e. do you get an error message or just a video that will not load.

Your workouts are challenging and I would not say it is easy!! Perhaps I started at a snail pace, but I circuting much faster now. Your tweaks for week two are going to add an interesting element to the program.
