How's this for chiseled abs? Ambien Prescription Dosage

How's this for chiseled abs?

I get lots of questions about fitness – usually people do not want to Ambien Mg Sleep know the truth, they either want me to agree with them or Ambien Mg Sleep tell them some secret that no other trainer would share with them, but they seem convinced that Ambien Mg Sleep I know ‘the answer’.  I have had a few more questions recently – probably coinciding with the new year’s resolution thing.

The typical response that I learned in my six years studying exercise science at university and Ambien Mg Sleep that I have fine tuned over my 15 years in the Ambien Mg Sleep business is something like this – rolling my eyes up and Ambien Mg Sleep to the left while simultaneously lifting my right eyebrow higher than Ambien Mg Sleep the left, tilting my head upward and sighing.  This highly programmed motor response is Ambien Mg Sleep typically ellicited by sentences that begin with either, “I saw on Oprah…” or “I was reading in a fitness magazine…”

So here goes my response…I know you people have common sense.  If Oprah knew that Ambien Mg Sleep damn much about fitness would she be in the shape that Ambien Mg Sleep she is in?  NO – so let’s not listen to her.  Oprah’s job whether she knows it Ambien Mg Sleep or not is to sell commercials during her 60-minute talk show, she does not get paid for Ambien Mg Sleep her fitness knowledge (which is a good thing for her).

Secondly, do you take relationship advice from People magazine?  NO – so why would you take a fitness magazine as the gospel?  The purpose of fitness magazines is to sell advertisements.  How many advertisements would they sell if they said “look folks, this is going to be tough.  You will have to work hard even when you don’t feel like it Ambien Mg Sleep AND when you finish working hard you cannot go home and Ambien Mg Sleep reward yourself with two glasses of wine and a plate of cheese.  Want that six pack – then you need to work hard and eat lean.”  Isn’t it Ambien Mg Sleep much better to fill the pages with glossy photos of an Ambien Mg Sleep airbrushed model telling you 8,000 new ways to do crunches?

I am not saying you should not read fitness magazines – I read them and find some great recipes.  I occassionally pick up a new idea or the article will cause me to put a new twist on an old favourite.  Just know that about 10-20% of the Ambien Mg Sleep information is really good and useful where the remainder is not great and Ambien Mg Sleep unless you know which 10-20% will work for you, there could be trouble.  Beware.

Cheers,
Maria
