    I am glad you have enjoyed it! That is great to hear. It is very labour intensive to create the content and videos each week so I will not be continuing it. I am pretty sure you are already subscribed to the blog or my newsletter list so you will get priority notice when I run it again next year. Typically I run it through the month of February as a gift to my loyal subscribers.

    Well, I can completely understand for sure but THANK YOU so much for the time and effort you put into this! And just maybe as a note for yourself – I have continued to Shred and am still loving it. Just adding heavier weights, more reps bigger attitude!

    Yes Ginny,

    Exactly the right thing to do – make sure you are using pefect technique and then keep adding some overload to challenge yourself.
