Beware the Ides of March

Hope you all had a great weekend!  Paul & I stayed pretty close to home on Saturday and Sunday as I continued to recover from the good ol’ stomach flu.  We did get over to my parents house yesterday for some supper and that was a great outing!

I was listening to the radio today and they were talking about today being the “ides” of March, which although it meant bad news for Julius Ceasar…the term ‘ides’ really just means middle.  As I was listening to the radio, I was doing my weekly bookkeeping so that made me think – “Wow!  It is almost the end of the first quarter”.  My next thought was to do a few quick calculations to make sure I was on target with my business goals.  Then I did a quick inventory of where I am at with my fitness and lifestyle goals.  The year is almost one QUARTER done. 

If you have been dragging on your fitness goals – let’s go!  Start today, do one thing to move your forward on just one of your goals.
