Hope you all had a great weekend – did you remember to spend some quality time with your Mom? We had my parents over for a little bbq on Saturday and then we were over to visit Paul’s Mom on Sunday.
I wanted to share a little tech tip with you today. In the short video below I will introduce you to my favourite workout app for my Ipod Touch (and show you how technically inept I am because I can’t figure out why the speakers won’t work – d’UH). It is called the Ultra Timer and it is awesome! Here’s how it works.
