UWO Campus Recreation Presents…
SPORT SPEED & AGILITY WORKSHOP 2010
I am happy to team up with The University of Western Ontario’s campus recreation department to present this two hour workshop for coaches who think they will win more games if they learn the simple secrets to making their players faster and more agile. This type of training can also help reduce the risk of injuries to their athletes – including those dreaded ACL injuries.
The workshop is Thursday, September 23rd from 7-9pm at The University of Western Ontario. At the end of the two hours you will get:
- a precise plan to integrate speed and agility training into every practice without losing out on your skill development
- a complete 10-week program that you can give to your players which will reduce their risk of ACL injury – I am giving this to you for free
- the top five ways to make your athletes faster and more agile without any equipment at all
- the number one ways that coaches (none of you of course) actually make their athletes slower when they are actually trying to make them faster.
