TRAINING OPTIONS AT REVOLUTION
Revolution training is not for everyone, it takes a unique athlete to let their actions speak louder than their words. If you have a wish to be your best then Revolution may not be the place for you. However, if you have a strong desire, a need, a committment to be your best, then please phone.
Call 519-494-1988 to see which training option will help achieve your goals.
No sales pitch ever and if either one of us thinks that Revolution is not the right place for you, then I will personally refer you to another trainer who I trust.

KEEP READING: Here are a few other things you should know. I no longer offer one-on-one training sessions for athletes other than those competing at the very highest level in their sport or in rare cases where I feel it is warranted. There will however be a limited number of semi-private sessions available.
What is semi-private training?
During a semi-private training session you will still work directly with Maria on the achievement of your specific goals, however you will be sharing your session with another individual who is working toward their goals.
Here are some of the reasons I have gone to semi-private training:
-
as my practice has filled, semi-private training allows me to work with more athletes.
-
semi-private training allows me to keep my rates down and still offer the highest quality training available.
-
my clients love it, they tell me that training with someone else is fun and motivating.
What other options do I have?
Your other options include small group training (maximum of 6 athletes) and online training. Small group training sessions are dynamic circuit training workouts that target strength, balance, footwork, power and injury prevention. They offer great challenge. Group workouts may not suitable for those athletes with existing injuries.
Online training is suitable for those who live in the southern Ontario area and is currently used by athletes in the United States and Europe. Athletes are provided with a program to address their specific performance goals. They also recieve a 15-minute phone consultation on a monthly basis and unlimited email support. This method is the most effective for athletes who have a good understanding of strength training techniques, but seek a more effective program to help them achieve thier goals. Online training is purchased in six-month blocks.
