Athletes training agility Revolution Conditioning in London, OntarioYou know when your friend goes to the gym all the time, but never really looks or performs better in their sport?  What I do at Revolution Conditioning is remove the random approach to exercise.  I provide athletes with a direct path to their goals while reducing their risk of injury.  If you qualify to join Team Revolution you will train using my complete strategic training system – this is not a random approach to training, but a science and an art that has been proven at the highest level including – MLB NL Champion, NHL Stanley Cup Champion, 2010 Ice Dance Olympic & World Champion.

The goal at Revolution Conditioning is not to just make you tired.  Anyone can do that.  At Revolution Conditioning you get the training you need for the goals you have.  If you feel that you have untapped athletic potential and a need to achieve your goals rather than finding yourself on the outside looking in, sitting on the bench or missing out on scholarship opportunities, then you have a place at Revolution.

Revolution Conditioning is NOT about…

  • Short cuts and quick fixes that will rob an athlete of their long-term potential
  • Bells and whistles – to achieve goals athletes must train hard, consistently and with proper technique – there is no special machine that can build an athlete.  If you cannot do a perfect squat or clean, then training on the latest ‘cutting edge’ gadget is not going to help you.
  • Trying to please everyone – I specialize in long-term athlete development for athletes who have a strong desire to achieve their goals.  If that is not you, then Revolution is not the right option.
  • Making athletes tired for the sake of making them tired.  Trying to make someone tired is not the same as training to make someone better.

Step One phone right now to book your try-out!  This gives you a chance to see how you enjoy training using the Revolution system and it gives me a chance to see how badly you want to be better.  You don’t have to be awesome at all of the drills and exercises – they will be different from anything you have done before, you just need to show me that you are willing to learn and become part of Team Revolution.

I will even pay the $51 session fee for your tryout.  So there is no risk for you.

Step Two: if your tryout goes well and we both agree that Revolution is the right place for you to succeed, then you will decide which training package suits your needs the best.  Most athletes chose to train at Revolution Conditioning twice per week during the off-season and once per week when they can during the in-season.  So I have two options to provide maximal flexibility.

Option #1 – Champion’s Choice

  • You get 44 workouts to use over the course of 12-months, but you only pay for 40 sessions at the lowest rate of only $41+ tax per workout.
  • You get supplemental training workouts to help maximize your time at Revolution.  You must realize that training once or twice per week at Revolution is not enough - there is homework and I will give it to you.
  • A reserved spot in one of the varsity athlete development training groups, plus first pick of training times when the new schedule comes out.
  • Additional training sessions are billed monthly on a pay-as-you go basis at the lowest rate of $41+ tax
  • Payments are $164 per month paid over 10 months.

Option #2 – Varsity Program

  • You get 20 sessions to use over six months at the rate of $50 + tax
  • You get supplemental training workouts to help maximize your time at Revolution.  You must realize that training once or twice per week at Revolution is not enough - there is homework and I will give it to you.
  • A reserved spot in one of the varsity athlete training groups
  • Additional training sessions (in excess of your alotted 20) are billed monthly on a pay-as-you-go basis at a rate of $50 + tax per session
  • Payments are just $210+ tax per month over 5 months

What makes Revolution Conditioning different from other London, Ontario athlete training centres?

  • Revolution Conditioning is really an athlete training studio.  The focus is on the quality of the training rather than having a large fancy facility.  Not that there is anything wrong with a large training facility – been there, done that!  I just prefer to focus on the quality of the training.  Controlling my overhead allows me to provide very high quality training without worrying about paying the bills each month.
  • When you train at Revolution Conditioning, you always train with Maria Mountain, MSc.  To be honest I don’t trust anyone else to work with my athletes.
  • At Revolution I work with athletes, some of my adult clients are recreational athletes, but everyone is involved in sport.  I do not do fat loss, bodybuilding, bridal bootcamps, pilates or pole dancing.  I am a specialist in athlete development.
  • The Revolution GUARANTEE!  If you ever feel that you are not getting the highest quality training available, I will gladly refund your session fee AND I will pay for your next training session out of my own pocket.
