Hi Larry,

I have a few different programs for hockey players, but the one most serious players go for is the HockeyStrong Program which runs from May thru mid-August. The players train 4-5 days per week for 1.5 hours focusing on building functional, useable strength for hockey, adding size where necessary, reducing the risk of injury through stabilization and mobility training and putting it all together to enhance speed and agility.

The players train in small groups of 4-6 athletes. In terms of cost, it depends on the option you select - the HockeyStrong program is the premium program for players and there is a try-out process to make sure the program is right for them and vice versa, but that program gives you over 80-hours of off-ice training for $2400 (that was last year's price, it will likely be close to that again this year.

Registration for that program starts in mid-March and it always sells out. I hope this has helped answer some of your questions, please let me know if you have any others. My suggestion is to get on the mailing list for Revolution Conditioning (you can do that by signing up for the 28-day fitness challenge on the home page) since I always send the first invitation to returning players, then to my email list and then open it up to new players.

Sincerely,
Maria

Hi Arlene,

I train athletes over the age of 14 at Revolution Conditioning in London, Ontario. If you live in the area and your son is 14 or older, give the studio a call and I can get some more information from you.
Sincerely,
Maria
