Hi Matt,

Thanks for the message - basically you just need to send me an email info(at)revolutionconditioning(dot)com and then we can arrange a time for you to come in for a tryout session (I cover the cost of the tryout session) and then if you enjoy training in a small group with other motivated athletes, we decide which program will be the best to help you step up a few levels with your hockey between now and the end of August. My Varsity groups run Monday 3:30-4:30pm (full right now), 4:30-5:30pm, Tuesday 3:30-4:30pm, 4:30-5:30pm, Wednesday 3:30-4:30pm (full right now), 4:30-5:30pm and Thursday 3:30-4:30pm, 4:30-5:30pm. So send me an email at your convenience to arrange the tryout and we can go from there.

Have a great weekend Matt - thanks again for the inquiry.
Cheers,
Maria

I attended a 10 week team training session with the oakridge aeros and I am wondering about the training program you told us about, where it could help us be ready for the next season. I am playing minor midget and I'm considering trying to move up a level or two. If you could let me know the details of the tryout for the program that would be awesome!

Hi Larry,

I have a few different programs for hockey players, but the one most serious players go for is the HockeyStrong Program which runs from May thru mid-August. The players train 4-5 days per week for 1.5 hours focusing on building functional, useable strength for hockey, adding size where necessary, reducing the risk of injury through stabilization and mobility training and putting it all together to enhance speed and agility.

The players train in small groups of 4-6 athletes. In terms of cost, it depends on the option you select - the HockeyStrong program is the premium program for players and there is a try-out process to make sure the program is right for them and vice versa, but that program gives you over 80-hours of off-ice training for $2400 (that was last year's price, it will likely be close to that again this year.

Registration for that program starts in mid-March and it always sells out. I hope this has helped answer some of your questions, please let me know if you have any others. My suggestion is to get on the mailing list for Revolution Conditioning (you can do that by signing up for the 28-day fitness challenge on the home page) since I always send the first invitation to returning players, then to my email list and then open it up to new players.

Sincerely,
Maria

Hi Arlene,

I train athletes over the age of 14 at Revolution Conditioning in London, Ontario. If you live in the area and your son is 14 or older, give the studio a call and I can get some more information from you.
Sincerely,
Maria
