Check out the video below for a new 10-20 minute workout. You can either do this workout as a Terrible 10 (performing each exercise to fatigue before moving on to the next one and repeating the series for a total of 10 non-stop minutes) or you can perform it as a ‘Simply Shredded’ style workout. If you want to go the Simply Shredded route, then you will perform 4 sets of 15 repetitions of each exercise. Resting for approximately 60 seconds after each circuit.
As always, pay attention to your technique. If you are getting sloppy then move on to the next exercise or lighten the weight where necessary. This is not a beginner routine, so please do not attempt it if you are not already involved in a vigourous exercise program.
